Once your order is confirmed changes cannot be made.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please Contact Us on the date of delivery, after the date of delivery we will not be able to address any issues.
Delivery recipients may be contacted by phone beforehand to notify them of the delivery or to collect other necessary information. We are unable to deliver to apartment buildings without contacting the recipient beforehand to arrange a delivery time. During peaks periods such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc, we may contact recipients the day before delivery to arrange a drop-off time. If we are not able to reach the recipient, we are unable to deliver and the delivery will be reassigned to the next available delivery date. We do our best to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates but do not guarantee delivery on the date you request. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact the person who ordered by phone or email to arrange an alternate delivery date.
It is not uncommon to find variations of colour, size and growth pattern with our plants. We maintain a high standard of quality, there may be differences from what is displayed online. The pictures on our site are all representations of what you will be receiving and will never be exact. Each and every plant is different, just like us people. Small blemishes on plants are very common, plants, like people are never entirely perfect. Please expect your plant(s) to be unique.
We aim to get your plants delivered to within 1 - 3 business days once your delivery details have been confirmed. Certain situations may call for a more lengthy delivery window.
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on plants.
Please be mindful when ordering ANY plant that it may be toxic to all animals and people. Please do not allow ingestion of plants of any kind by any living being. Letsplant.ca or any associated parties will not be held liable for any injury or illness caused to anyone or anyone's animals due to ingestion of any type of plant.
